About Michele Woodward
Michele Woodward has reinvented herself many times. From college student to corporate employee. From corporate to political campaigns. From campaigns to The White House. From The White House to public affairs advocacy. From advocacy to consulting with dot-com start-ups, and from start-ups to coaching. From married to single. Today, she is a Master Certified coach who works with clients and groups to reinvent their lives in powerful and meaningful ways. She’s the author of Lose Weight, Find Love, De-Clutter & Save Money: Essays on Happier Living (Amazon), and is an instructor in Martha Beck’s Coach Training and Master Coach Training Programs. She lives in the Washington, DC area with her two teenagers, two puppies and an optimistic outlook.
About Pam Slim
Pamela Slim’s reinventions include moving from non-profit to corporate work, then corporate to consulting, then consulting to coaching. She has been self-employed for thirteen years and has worked with hundreds of companies and thousands of employees and entrepreneurs. She also taught martial arts for more than a decade, to students ranging from teen gang members to 70-year old grandmas. Four years ago, after getting married, having kids and moving from California to Arizona, she launched Escape from Cubicle Nation, one of the top career blogs on the web. Her advice is often featured in mainstream press like BusinessWeek, Money Magazine, US News and World Report and Psychology Today. Her book Escape from Cubicle Nation: From Corporate Prisoner to Thriving Entrepreneur, came out in April, 2009. Like Michele, she is an instructor in Martha Beck’s Coach Training and Master Coach training programs. She lives in Mesa, Arizona, with her husband, three kids, two cats and staunch determination to draw the line at hamsters.
